How to exchange your Gibbon in few steps:

Step 1) Fill out the form available on our website "Exchange/return Inquiry Form". Which you will find HERE

Really...relax - you will see how easy it is!

Step 2) Pack up your Gibbon to a cage...or a box you got it with (the original one) so that it gets back safe t us. Add everything you got from us to a package together with the inquiry form (do not send it blank :) ) and send it to: Art &Luiz ul. Podbipięty 27/51 02-732 with a short note: "3gibbons.com - exchange/return".

Attention! The item (your gibby t-shirt) cannot have: signs of wear, cannot be torn, have stains or damaged in any way!

If you are returning your Gibbon then that is all!

 

However, if you want to exchange it then have a look below.

 

Step 3) In case you are exchanging your Gibbon for a new one, which is more expensive then please send us a difference
        in price  to our account. (please add your order number in the reference field)

Step 4) If the value of a new Gibbon equals a value of a new one then you do not have to do anything. 

What is a new Gibbon is cheaper? Chill out. Gie us a minute, maximum 14 days to sort things out and we will send you the difference to an account provided by you in the inquiry form (Echange/Return Inquiry Form)



Attention! We do it only once. In case of echanging your product you can only point out one number of order. The exchange package sent on a cost of receiver will not be accepted. 3gibbons.com cover a cost of a newly ordered Gibbon.

 

Complaint:

Relax -- you will see how easy it is.

Step 2) Pack up your Gibbon to a cage...or a box you got it with (the original one) so that it gets back safe t us. Add everything you got from us to a package together with the inquiry form (do not send it blank :) ) and send it to: Art &Luiz ul. Podbipięty 27/51 02-732 with a short note: "3gibbons.com - complaint".

In the inquiry form in "Expectations of a complaint solution" add what form is acceptable by yourself (exchange/ money return).

Chill out. Gie us a minute, maximum 14 days to sort things out and we will send you a money transfer to an account you provided us in the inquiry form.

 If you want an exchange then we will send a new Gibbon.  

In that case we do cover a cost of a new Gibbon delivery.
